- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
